  1. You tell me about your company<\/strong>, your current strategy, your interest\/involvement with social media, the issues you are facing and your needs. This information will provide the basis for personalized advice.<\/li>\n
  2. I give you an overview of social media<\/strong> and the various tools that are available (blogs, wikis, social networks, Facebook, shared documents, YouTube, Twitter…) as well as their underlying communication strategy. I answer any questions you may have so that you can identify their benefits for your strategy.<\/li>\n
  3. We discuss available options<\/strong> and the interest of social media for you. We see how I can help you, and draft out some strategic elements to be refined later. We agree on the next steps to take together, if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
