Stephanie Booth is an internationally recognized expert in social media and online communication.

After a degree in Arts at Lausanne University (Licence ès Lettres) Stephanie worked as a project manager and a teacher before turning her passion for the online world into a successful freelance career.

Since 2005 she has consulted with organizations big and small, ranging from local SMEs, startups and non-profits to the likes of Solar Impulse, Intel, or Orange.

She has served as the blog editor for ebookers.ch, is in charge of the official blogger selection for the conference LeWeb in Paris, and co-directs the online communities and social media course at SAWI in Lausanne.

Appreciated both as a trainer and an inspiring public speaker, Stephanie Booth has given over 100 talks from Novi Sad in Serbia to Google in San Francisco, for audiences as varied as teenagers and marketing executives, and makes regular appearances in local and international media.

Amongst other things, Stephanie is also behind Going Solo, a european conference for freelancers which took place in Lausanne in 2008, and eclau, Switzerland’s first coworking space. Her blog Climb to the Stars is amongst the longest-running active blogs.
